Q. Is there a deposit required to book party?
A. Yes a non-refundable deposit is required to book your time slot and deposit will go towards remaining balance of bill.
Q. What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
A. Deposit is non-refundable as that time slot has been taken by you and non one else can book.
Q. What age range would you recommend for a laser tag party?
A. We've had ages from 5-71 years old. I wouldn't go any younger than 5 years old.
Q. How long are the laser tag games?
A. From briefing, to vesting, and playing the total time is approximately 15 mins.
Q. Can I have more than one party child?
A. Yes you can have multiple party children but only one will be at no charge and the others will be considered a participant.
Q. Is the arcade included with my party?
A. No arcade is not included but we do sell reduced arcade cards for parties only.
Q. How many participants should I invite?
A. We have a total on 25 vests so I would keep it under that number.
Q. Do you need to know how many participants are coming before hand?
A. Rooms are set up for 24 so we don't need to know unless you want to let us know when we call you.
Q. Can we arrive early to set up?
A. Rooms are ready at the start of your time slot to ensure they have been properly sanitized. Keep in mind first game is approximately 30 mins after party time slot begins.
Q. What happens if we arrive early?
A. We do have an arcade but your room will be ready when your time slot begins.
Q. Is food included with my party?
A. No food is not included. You can order pizzas through us if having food. (recommended)
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
A. You CAN bring in your own cake and drinks but if ordering pizza (which I recommend) it is ordered from us.
Q. How do you clean rooms?
A. We fully clean each room after every party including sanitizing all table clothes
